Having trouble logging in?

All legitimate account requests have been approved. We've still seen multiple users having difficulties logging in. There seem to be two primary reasons for not being able to log in:
1) Users are still trying to log in with the old username (sjfamily) from last year. These will not work. You must request a new account. When you do this, you will be prompted to create a uesrname, this is your new username you will use to log in to the site. Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email with password instructions to log in to the site.
If you do not receive this email confirmation within 24 hours of requesting an account, it's likely there was a typo in your email address. The email address you provide on the "User Account Request" form must be a legitimate email address that you can check in order to access the site.
If you do not have an email address, please contact Cindy Reeves for assistance. You may use the email form here (be sure to select to send it to the webmaster) or call her.
2) The other common problem when logging in concerns the browsers people are using (such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, Safari, etc). Most browsers offer to remember your username and password for a site. If you are getting errors regarding the site not remembering who you are, it's a problem with your browser. Some of the browsers are remembering the username (sjfamily) and password from last year's website. Some of the browsers are simply not remembering correct information if you have updated your password since your account was activated. Be sure to update (or disable) the browser's username and password information. This should solve your problem.
